Amend the Constitution

In December, The Humane Herald spoke with James Schultz, Chair of the Humane Party Policy Committee, about his path to ethical advocacy, the role of law in liberation, and the long arc of social justice movements.

In this follow-up, Schultz returns not through text, but through a video presentation, where he shares his thoughts directly on constitutional reform, legal philosophy, proposed amendments, and the ethical foundations that guide his work.

Rather than summarize or interpret his arguments, we invite readers to hear from Schultz in his own words.
