Beginning with this article, I’m thrilled to officially step into the role of Editing Coordinator for The Humane Herald. If you’re new here, welcome! And if you’re a longtime supporter, thank you for sticking with us.

The Herald has been quieter in recent months, but we’re excited to relaunch with powerful momentum – reviving this publication as a vital space for truth, ethics, and transformative change. Starting now, we’re rolling out a rich and consistent editorial schedule featuring weekly and monthly content across several key pillars of our movement:

• World News Wednesday
  Delivering global current events through the lens of science, ethics, and abolitionist politics – without corporate spin.
• Feature Articles
  In-depth explorations into the cost of cruelty, climate collapse, human rights, political reform, and how the Humane Party offers real solutions.
• The Vegan Hearth
  Cozy, cottagecore-inspired vegan recipes that nourish the body and soul – because compassion starts in the kitchen.
• The Conscious Critic
  Media reviews with an abolitionist edge – examining games, movies, art, and more through an ethical and anti-speciesist lens.
• The Monthly Pulse
  A snapshot of what’s happening across the movement each month—news, updates, calls to action, and community highlights.

There aren’t many of us behind the scenes at the moment, so I’d also like to put out a call for content contributors.
